This Terms of Use, including the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy, incorporated herein, regulate access and use of the Platform, regulate the use of services offered by the company Ex.financial Ltda, CNPJ: 54.041.201/0001-66, located at Sala 1416 - Torre 2, CEP 60811-341, email: info@ex.financial ("Company"), through its website and other communication channels.
The respective custody and cryptocurrency exchange contract entered into between the Crypto Partner ("Crypto Partner") and the User, which establishes the receipt, custody, use, transfer, redemption, purchase and sale of a digital crypto asset.
By using the Company's services, you ("User") agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
Services Offered
The Company offers cryptocurrency exchange services and exchange for PIX, money and other forms of payment, according to availability and Company policy.
Registration and Security
The User must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out on their account.
Proper Use
The User agrees to use the Company's services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The use of services for illegal or fraudulent activities will not be tolerated.
Risks
Cryptocurrency exchange and other financial transactions involve risks. The Company is not responsible for financial losses or damages resulting from the use of its services. Members (defined below) recognize and accept that the use of crypto assets and solutions, networks and protocols based on blockchain may involve certain risks. Members recognize and accept that the market price may vary from time to time and that Ex.financial assumes no obligation regarding the market price. Additionally, members recognize and accept that Ex.financial is not and does not intend to be an investment opportunity of any nature and that this should not be interpreted as such. MCN is not and should not be treated as a "security" in any jurisdiction.
Availability
The Company will make efforts to ensure the continuous availability of its services, however it cannot guarantee that they will be free from interruptions or technical failures.

Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with prior notice to Users. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend the account of any User who violates these Terms or who, in the Company's opinion, represents a threat to the security or integrity of its services.
Applicable Law
These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the city of Fortaleza, Ceará.
By using the Company's services, the User declares that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
